A wide array of goodies for breakfast. Amazingly comfortable and exceptionally nice rooms, with a lot of space. Location close to the Christ monument as well as main avenues that helps to shorten distances.

The location was fantastic, as it was close to the Christ monument and the city center. It made it easy for us to explore the area and see all the sights. The service was excellent, with room service and laundry services available. The free airport shuttle was a bonus, as it made getting to and from the hotel hassle-free. Our room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, including Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. it was a wonderful experience.

The hotel is conveniently located near important sites like the Christ Monument and the town center. If you're coming from the airport with bags, this is a great place to stay. the room was comfortable and equipped with good air conditioning, and the staff was kind and helpful. For breakfast, they offer a real Mexican-style buffet that will leave you full and satisfied. the swimming pool was clean and inviting.
The hotel seems to lack basic amenities and services that I would expect in a modern accommodation.

The hotel's location was perfect for our Thanksgiving trip with easy access to the city's main attractions. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, with a Mexican touch that we appreciated. , the staff was friendly and provided prompt service whenever we needed it.
Our room did not have a mini-fridge as we had expected, and we needed it to keep some leftovers from Thanksgiving dinner and our drinks cold. the air conditioning wasn't working properly the first night, and we had to call reception to fix it.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I particularly enjoyed the two complementary facts offered. the staff was friendly and responded quickly to our requests. the location was great, situated near some nice restaurants and shops. Lastly, I enjoyed the free breakfast which saved us some money we could spend elsewhere.
We experienced a few issues during our Christmas stay. We had a problem with the key card which was deactivated two days in a row, and the air conditioning wasn't working on the first night.

I had a great stay in this hotel. The staff were friendly and the room was spacious. The hotel facilities were fantastic, especially the pool, and they provided towels. The location was ideal for exploring this city's downtown area, with it being close to the center and even close to the Christ monument.
Don't have any issues at all.
